These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of littleandyouth.com and its features (the "Service"), operated by Little & Youth ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Little & Youth is a free, brand-agnostic sizing tool. You enter a child's measurements and we match them against each brand's published size chart to suggest a likely size, and we link you out to the brands' own websites to shop. We don't sell clothing ourselves and we don't take payment for products.
Our size recommendations are estimates generated by matching your measurements against brands' published charts. Brands change their charts, cut garments differently, and vary between styles, so a recommendation may not always be a perfect fit. Always review the brand's own size chart and product details before purchasing. We are not responsible for purchases that don't fit, for returns, or for any costs arising from a size that turns out to be wrong.
You may create an account using a one-time email sign-in link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.
Please use the Service for its intended purpose. Don't scrape, copy, or harvest our data in bulk; don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; and don't use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Some links to brands are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which brands or sizes we recommend. When you follow a link to a brand or retailer, you leave our Service and are subject to that site's own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and checkout. We are not responsible for third-party sites or your transactions with them.
The Little & Youth name, site, design, and original content are ours and are protected by law. Brand names, logos, and size charts belong to their respective owners and are used to identify and link to those brands; their use here does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little & Youth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from purchases you make at third-party retailers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We're in active development and may add, change, or remove features. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date, and material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
